Our body is made in a way that it needs a few essential
things to work properly and to go a long way. In the list of essential things,
people count food, water, clothes, and other resources, but often forget to
count one very essential thing and that is a good sleep.
Yes, a good and proper sleep is an important necessity of
life and a research has stated that if a person won’t sleep for 7 consecutive
days, he can die! Well, another research has stated that there is a perfect
timing for sleeping and waking up just like there is a perfect timing for
having meals.
A single say contains 24 hours, and in this 24 hours,
different people follow different life style, but one thing that is common
across the world is that the night is meant for sleeping the day is meant for
working, doing things, and other stuff. But, with the changes kept on striking
the mankind, the night has stopped being getting associated just with the
sleeping and people have started taking different activities like if they too
belong to the nocturnal species.
Right Time To Sleep & Wake Up |
Even with so many changes, scientists and researchers have
constantly emphasizing on the importance of sleep and right to sleep. As per
the researches and the long history, the proper time to hit the bed depending
on what time you need to wake up. The average sleep cycle of a human body is 90
minutes and the body experiences 5 to 6 such sleep cycle per night which means
that a normal human being needs a 7 to 8
hours of perfect sleep.
Now, when you know that the average hours a human body needs
to sleep, the second thing you should calculate the time when you can have the
peaceful sleep, and the answer would be night. In the night, things, nature,
and ambiance stay quiet and if you are hitting the bed at 10 at night, you
would be wake up at 6 in the morning. In case, if you stayed busy at night and
were wrapping up some work, and hit the bed at 4 in the morning, chances are
there that you will be interrupted in your sleep with the noisy environment.
