Best Exercise For Health and Fitness

Maintaining a good health is not an option or choice, but essential need of life. People rarely realize that the bodies they have get needs to be maintained to live a longer and healthy life. Exercise is that essential thing that pours the energy in a body and makes it efficient to do several tasks. To stay healthy and fit, one doesn’t need to hit gym or get any membership, but you can do all by just being at your home.




We understand how important the health and its maintenance are and it is also true that not all have enough time to hit gyms or parks. So, here we are sharing a few basic set of exercise that to maintain a healthy body and can be performed at home.

Chair Dips
All you need to do is to sit on the edge of a chair and put your hands on the hips. Slip your bottom to the edge of the chair and fold your elbow to 90 degrees. Make sure to keep your back in close contact of the chair, and then push back. Repeat it for 10 to 12 times.



Butterfly Abs
Lie on your back and take the soles of the feet together. Relax the knees to the outside and place your hands behind your head taking your elbows out. Tight your abs and lift your chest and shoulders upwards and then release it back to the position. Repeat 10 to 12 times.




Oblique Crunches
Lie on your back with your knees bent. Take your left ankle to cross the opposite knee. Take your right head behind your head and stretch your right shoulder to touch the left knee. Release and get back to the position. Repeat for 5 to 6 times and then switch the positions to another side.




Push-Ups
Lie on your stomach and then take your knees together. Put your hands on the floor putting pressure on them and lift your knees. Move your hands to keep wider than the chest. All the body parts like head, neck, back, and hip in the right arrangement. Keeps the abs tight and bend your elbows and lower chest towards the floor, not touching it. Get back to the position and repeat it for 10 to 12 times.



These are the set of exercise that can be performed easily at home without any sort of equipment.
